Monika Fässler

 … has been with us since 2006. As head of the call centre, she is the friendly voice on the telephone and exudes quiet and friendly competence; she also speaks perfect English. With her excellent knowledge of all the hotels and her sensitive nature, Monika is able to recognise and fulfil our guests’ every wish.

Andrea Mathis

 …has been an invaluable member of the team since the beginning of 2000. Thanks to her analytical mind and unerring accuracy she keeps a close eye on numbers and finances. Kim Dahmen-Chappell

has joined our team in April 2017. She brings many years of experience in the first class Hotel sector in the event management field. Thanks to her organized, calm and courteous nature, she is the ideal occupation for our online marketing department.

Jacqueline Camenzind

… has been a member of the call centre team since 2010. She is passionate about providing first class hospitality to people from all around the world and puts this into practice with our guests, advising them with a great deal of empathy.

Melanie Schumacher

...joined the team as of January 2017. Despite her young age she already has a lot of experience in the first class hotel sector. Hospitality and service quality are her vocation. She is currently in her advanced training as a marketing professional.

Esther Dysli

… co-founded Private Selection Service AG in October 1996 and has, since then, led the activities of her «hotel family» with passion and enthusiasm. She is CEO and Delegate of the Board in one person.


Jan Fellmann

... has opted for the exciting profession of mediamatic and will start his apprenticeship at Private Selection Hotels in August 2018. He is looking forward to an exciting apprenticeship and is already making his mark with his ideas, computer skills and creative flair.

As a former manager of the Hotel Kastanienbaum and marketing tutor at the Hotel Management School in Luzern as well as current owner of the business consulting company  „Keyconsult“ he brings in extensive practial knowledge. 

Laurenz Schmid, Vice president and founder member

As co-owner of the Wellness- & Spa hotels Ermitage in Schönried and Beatus in Merligen, the wellness competence of Private Selection Hotels is significantly based on his experience. 

Andreas Richard

As co-owner of the Parkhotel Bellevue in Adelboden and executive consultant he too brings in much operative and strategic knowledge. 

Prof. Dr. Jürg Stettler

As head of departement for Tourism Development ITW and prorector of the Lucerne University of Applied Science he embodies the scientific approach in the board of directors. 

Philipp Genner

As owner of Hotel L'Estelle en Camargue he is representing the interest of our member hoteliers from France, the biggest fraction from abroad. 

Marc Traubel

As manager and junior owner of the Hubertus Alpin Lodge & Spa in Balderschwang he is representing the young generation of hoteliers as well as the "Generation Y" or the "digital natives" in our board.
